No adviser-client, fiduciary, broker, or account-management relationship is created by accessing the website or using the software.
3. User responsibility
You are fully responsible for your own trading decisions, including entries, exits, position sizing, leverage, stop placement, and overall risk management. The final trading decision always belongs to you.
4. No guarantees
We make no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, uninterrupted access, or suitability for any user, account, broker, or market condition. Outputs may be wrong, late, or incomplete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data-feed issues, platform issues, broker issues, user misuse, or any reliance on the software's outputs.
6. TradingView & third parties
A TradingView account and third-party data feeds may be required. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or pricing of third-party services.
7. License & access
You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator on TradingView. Source code is not included. Each subscription covers one TradingView username unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or share access to the software without prior written permission.
9. Payment & subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. See our Refund Policy for refund terms. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous paid periods outside the refund window.
